Guidelines for Grant Applicants

  • Applicants must be exempt under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Applicants must be Arizona based and commit to spend any grant proceeds within Arizona.
  • Applications may be handwritten or typed in the allowable space on the following form or in an identical format.
  • Once the application packet is completed, contact the Fred W. Stang Foundation via email at Info@FredWStang.org. A Board member will be assigned as your contact. A mailing address will be given by your contact.
  • Any questions prior to receiving a contact, may be sent to Info@FredWStang.org. The FAQ (frequently asked questions) may be a helpful resource page.
  • The Board will review and grant requests at the end of each year. Grant requests must be post marked by October 31st to be considered.
